These gathering boards are designed to make entertaining effortless. Each one features a rotating selection of my favorite artisanal cheeses, cured meat, seasonal fruit, Castelvetrano olives, candied pecans, jam, and honey. Because I source the best cheeses available throughout the year, selections change seasonally.
Every board includes a semi-hard, snackable cheese (think: cheddar or gouda-style) alongside a soft-ripened, creamy cheese like Brie. Medium and Large boards include a hard cheese, soft cheese, and seasonal cheese. Looking for even more cheese? Add an additional cheese for $18 below. (Adding extra cheese reduces the amount of accompaniments on the board.) Crackers are also available as an add-on. I recommend one box for Petite and Small boards, two for Medium, and three for Large.
Available in four sizes:
Petite ($90) — serves 4 to 6
Small ($125) — serves 6 to 8
Medium ($165) — serves up to 12
Large ($195) — serves up to 16
Please note: Limited quantities are available each week. Delivery is offered Thursdays and Fridays, and orders close Tuesdays at 3 p.m. For special delivery requests, email mallory@fairhopecheesepost.com.

2 full-sized gourmet accompaniments designed for mixing and matching—no samples, no minis—plus one box of crackers to complete your spread.
Tasting notes that explore each product’s origin, style, and pairing and recipe potential.
A new, expertly curated experience arrives month after month, featuring cheeses you won’t easily find on your own.

Mallory Scyphers is the editor-in-chief and creative director at culture magazine—a publication devoted to all-things-cheese and the folks who make and enjoy it.
For nearly a decade, she’s been immersed in the specialty food industry, developing a knack for finding the best-of-the-best cheeses and accompaniments, and sharing her passion for food—especially cheese—with friends and family.
Fairhope’s resident “cheese lady,” she’s excited to share her knowledge and curations with the community of foodies on Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
