Curious how it all works? Here’s a closer look.
Not your average cheese delivery service!
Gift yourself a little indulgence with a curated selection of artisanal cheeses and thoughtfully paired provisions, hand-selected by the editor of a national cheese magazine (yes—a cheese magazine!).
Each delivery features high-end cheeses paired with everything you need to enjoy them—whether that’s a stellar grazing board, a gathering, or a recipe that deserves better cheese. It’s meant to feel special, not excessive.
Cheeses arrive wrapped in breathable, easy-to-rewrap paper so they last longer with portions designed to be generous and manageable. Consider it a monthly permission slip to enjoy the good stuff—without overthinking it.

ABOUT
the OWNER
Mallory Scyphers is the editor-in-chief and creative director at culture magazine—a publication devoted to all-things-cheese and the folks who make and enjoy it.
For nearly a decade, she’s been immersed in the specialty food industry, developing a knack for finding the best-of-the-best cheeses and accompaniments, and sharing her passion for food—especially cheese—with friends and family.
Fairhope’s resident “cheese lady,” she’s excited to share her knowledge and curations with the community of foodies on Alabama’s Gulf Coast.
Cheers to great cheese!
